32 thumbs down....Wow! Just goes to show how ignorant people are. If you don't care about this planet, then there's something seriously wrong with you. You have no understanding, appreciation, consciousness, or respect for the anything to do with the natural world. The very thing that gives you life.
If you have ability to see beyond your horizons, you'll gain a greater appreciation for where you live. Taking in the planet as a whole makes you realize it's a finite place, where balance is key. Something everyone needs to learn.
If we're going to keep this charade with up with a human concept called economics, perhaps we should stop spending money on stupid things like war, and spend it on intelligent things like education and technology that aids us in gaining a greater perspective. In our current state in society, there's too much entertainment, and not enough thought provocation about things that are truly important.
